But aren't the examples you're showing just well-known continuation patterns (pennant, flag, rectangle/consolidation)? The " secondary entries" are just playing a break of these patterns, and the initial entries of entering The J that occurs before it is simply going long when a trendline is broken, another breakout play? Does your software alert you when the volume starts picking up at the same time the alert price is hit? If so, what software is it?
